TownGate Square is a 130,000 square foot community shopping center complex located in the Moreno Valley section of Riverside County. It is a part of TownGate, a 590-acre mixed use, master planned community - the western gateway to the City of Moreno Valley, one of the fastest growing cities in California.

Towngate Square is anchored by a Winco supermarket and will provide a mix of neighborhood services, restaurants and financial institutions. The recently opened restaurant, Portillo’s, provides great food and a fun dining atmosphere with a Chicago flare. In addition, the complex has been approved to include over 170,000 square feet of future office space.

Immediately adjacent to the north, Towngate Promenade, a community shopping center complex, offers such notable retailers and restaurants as Costco, Applebee’s, Mimi’s Café, Johnny Carino’s, Famous Dave’s BBQ, On The Border and Red Lobster.

Located on Day Street and Eucalyptus which is the main connection from the community to Highway 215, TownGate Square is positioned to serve the retailing needs of Moreno Valley, Perris, Sun City, Hemet, Banning, Beaumont and the Eastern Riverside communities; Box Springs, Canyon Crest, Orange Crest and Mission Grove.
