TownGate Promenade is a 140,000 square foot lifestyle shopping center. It is a part of TownGate, a 590-acre mixed use, master planned community - the western gateway to the City of Moreno Valley, one of the fastest growing cities in California.

Upon completion, the Center will boast a "Restaurant Row" featuring newly opened Mimi's Café and Applebee's with Johnny Carino's, Famous Dave's, On the Border and Red Lobster opening by the end of 2008. In addition, two prominent courtyard style hotels, Hampton Inn and Ayres Hotel with over 100 rooms each, will be open by the Spring of 2009.

Multiple Anchor Tenant and retail shop spaces are planned in Phase two of Towngate Promenade and are now available for lease commitments.
