retail property group contains over 1.5 million square feet
of retail centers ranging from large community centers, to neighborhood
centers and coastal-oriented specialty retail centers. We have
a wide range of tenants including premium grocery stores such
as Tom Thumb, Ralph's, Pavilions, Jewel, and Winco; major brands
such as Kohl's, Lowe's, Ross, Circuit City, and a mixture of
national, regional and specialty shops. Many of our retail centers
are known for their extensive collection of restaurants such
as Chili's, Mimi's, Olive Garden, BJ's Brewery, Red Robin, Outback,
Johnny Carino's, Applebee's, Pei Wei, and Starbucks. All of
our centers have become known as creative people spaces and
